Cookies

When you use our website, we store certain information on your computer’s hard disk using so-called cookies (small text or image files).

Cookies do not give us access to other areas of your computer.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.
(“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site.
The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
On this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
As a result, your IP address will be shortened in advance by Google within the EU member states or other member states or the European Economic Area.

The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA in exceptional cases and then shortened there.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data stored by Google. You can prevent the collection of data generated by the Google Analytics cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link.
An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website: Deactivate Google Analytics

Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.

Firebase Crashlytics

With this powerful bug reporting solution for iOS, Android and Unity, we get clear, practical statistics on app issues.

Firebase Crashlytics is a tool that allows us to report bugs in real time, track stability issues that impact the quality of our app, prioritize them and fix them.
Crashlytics intelligently groups bugs and highlights the circumstances under which they occurred.
This saves us time in troubleshooting and allows us to offer you an optimal experience with venovani.

This is how we find out whether a particular error affects many users.
We receive notifications if the severity of a problem suddenly increases.

Further information is available at https://firebase.google.com/docs/crashlytics/ and at https://get.fabric.io/#the-roadmap.

Data retention, duration of storage

We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which your personal data was collected and processed (for example, as long as you use the app and are a registered user or to answer a question you have asked by email).

To delete your account, you can go to your profile settings and then to the account settings to delete your account and all associated data and information.

For all questions regarding the deletion of your data, you can contact us at any time at kontakt@venovani.com at any time.

If we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will delete your personal data.
Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
